Balance guest expectations and property limits
For a wedding, describe the guest experience you want as well as the available placement space. Discuss individual cabins, upgraded options and trailers against the venue’s existing bathrooms and access. An attractive exterior cannot establish whether the model provides the interior facilities or accessible entry your guests need.
Coordinate with the venue, not only the couple
Have the property contact review the location, utilities and supplier access. Include the hours used by caterers, decorators and cleanup staff. Confirm who meets the delivery and who provides access for collection, especially if the wedding party leaves before the equipment. Keep these practical decisions separate from decorations and screening.
Give the coordinator the accepted details
The couple should not be the only people who know the restroom plan. Give the venue or event coordinator the equipment details, provider contact and delivery/removal arrangement. Include the people preparing and clearing the celebration. Confirm how decorations or screening will be arranged without changing the entry, ventilation or service access specified for the equipment.
