Send the working version of the site plan
Identify the entrance the delivery should use, the approved equipment area and the person coordinating suppliers. Note obstacles and planned changes that could affect access later. If the worksite has several addresses or entrances, explain which one leads to the requested position.
Keep one record of the accepted arrangement
Review equipment, dates, service, supplies and transport before confirming. Share that record with the person managing the site and update it when agreed changes occur. A form acknowledgement is not a confirmed booking. For an urgent change to an existing arrangement, contact the rental team directly.
Hand over a usable site brief
Keep a short record with the approved position, entrance, contact and equipment arrangement. Share the accepted version with the people actually on site. If a later drawing moves a fence or tent, check whether it changes the restroom approach before circulating it as final. The brief helps the team coordinate; it does not replace the provider confirming its visit.
