Separate recurring sessions from continuous use
Describe whether facilities support regular programmes, occasional busy dates or daily activity through the season. Include staff present between sessions. Discuss the arrangement around the actual use pattern rather than spreading the attendance estimate evenly over the whole rental period.
Keep access stable between events
A gate may be locked or a parking area repurposed when the venue is quiet. Identify who maintains service access and checks supplies before the next session. Ask how a schedule change, early closure or extra event affects the booking, and confirm the final collection plan rather than relying only on the original season end.
Review the gaps between sessions
An empty venue can still need provider access between activities. Agree who opens the property, checks the next session dates and reports changes. If the programme pauses or finishes early, discuss the rental and collection directly; simply closing the site does not update the equipment arrangement. Review supplies before the next busy session begins.
