Distinguish a cabin from vehicle servicing
An outdoor toilet for people staying near an RV is different from servicing the RV’s wastewater system. State which task you need handled. Include visitors who will share the facilities and whether washing is needed separately. Do not assume a portable toilet proposal includes vehicle connections or tank emptying.
Agree a position that remains reachable
Review permission, surface conditions and the service approach at the property. Parked vehicles and awnings can alter that approach after delivery. Keep the rental contact informed if the arrangement changes, and ask about the proposed cabin, supplies and removal separately from any vehicle or holding-tank service.
Describe the people and the vehicle task separately
If you need both an independent toilet and a vehicle-related waste service, list them as separate requests. Explain how long people will stay and whether visitors use the same facilities. Ask which parts the proposed provider can cover. Keep the portable cabin position clear of awnings, parked vehicles and activity areas that may grow during the stay.
- Independent toilet requirement
- Any separate vehicle-service request
- People sharing the temporary facilities
