Treat the booking as an ongoing arrangement
A long Oviedo project can change personnel and site layout several times. Record the toilet location, service approach, contact details and accepted inclusions so the arrangement survives those handovers. Discuss how the rental is reviewed when crew size or working hours change rather than relying on the first estimate indefinitely.
Know how extensions and pickup are handled
Ask for the process before the expected end date approaches. Confirm any extension and the revised service plan, then arrange collection when facilities are no longer needed. Keep access available during demobilisation; fences and material stacks left behind can prevent pickup even when the main work has finished.
Make handovers part of the rental record
A new supervisor should be able to find the accepted equipment, visit arrangement, issue contact and extension process. Keep those details with the project handover. Before the last team departs, confirm who retains access for removal and whether any remaining workers still need the facilities. The expected completion date and an accepted collection request are different pieces of information.
