Identify when people need facilities together
For construction, explain overlapping trades and break patterns; for an event, describe programme intervals and how long visitors remain. Include the workers supporting the activity. Existing toilets count only when the relevant users can reach and use them during the required hours.
Review distribution and support alongside numbers
A single group of cabins may not serve separated activity areas well. Discuss walking routes, accessible facilities, washing and service with the quantity recommendation. The organiser or employer should check requirements applying to the activity; a general online estimate is a starting point, not a site-specific compliance determination.
Explain uncertainty instead of guessing precisely
If the final attendance or crew programme is unsettled, explain what is known and what could change. Ask which assumptions the proposal uses and when to revisit them. Separate total attendance from the number present together, and identify facilities that are genuinely available to those users. An equipment count by itself does not describe washing, accessibility or support.
