Position washing where the work meets the break
On a working property, washing should be reachable without crossing an active unloading or vehicle area. Explain where the crew gathers and where toilets will be placed. For an event, include visitors who need to wash independently of a restroom visit. These patterns help identify a practical station location.
Give supplies an owner
Ask who monitors and replenishes water, soap and towels under the proposed arrangement. A station should not become an overlooked item after the toilet delivery is confirmed. Discuss wastewater handling and service access, and make sure the on-site contact knows how to report a supply issue during the rental.
Include the station in daily checks
Agree who notices when supplies need attention and how that person contacts the provider. Washing demand may occur at meal breaks or activity transitions rather than evenly throughout the day. Explain those periods when discussing the station and replenishment. Confirm the accepted arrangements for water and wastewater; do not assume that an adjacent hose or drain is available for use.
