Build a supplier timetable
List when the venue is available, when restrooms must be usable and when removal can happen. Put toilet delivery into the same timetable as tents, stages and catering. A shared entrance can become a bottleneck if every supplier is given the same arrival window without coordination.
Keep someone available after setup
The person handling the booking may be occupied once guests arrive. Nominate an event contact who knows the restroom arrangement, can report an issue and can provide access after the programme ends. Explain cleanup crew needs before finalising the rental period. Ask how revised timing or collection instructions should be communicated.
Resolve supplier conflicts before the day
Ask the organiser to review the restroom delivery against the largest other installation. A tent or catering vehicle can take the only suitable entrance even when each booking looks workable separately. Share one agreed sequence with the people receiving those deliveries. If timing changes, contact the affected providers instead of assuming that a revised event schedule reaches them automatically.
