Make the gate information operational
Provide the working entrance, access hours and a contact who can answer during service visits. A mailing address may not identify the entrance used by contractors. Explain any sign-in or site-entry process early so the proposed schedule reflects how the property operates, not simply the rental start date.
Review service when the programme changes
More workers, longer shifts or a move into a new phase can alter the original sanitation needs. Contact the rental team when those changes become likely. Confirm revisions to equipment, supplies or visits and record them with the project documents. Include the last working day and collection request in the closeout plan.
Give recurring visits usable instructions
A service visit needs more than the instruction to call on arrival. Identify who can admit the vehicle, where it can approach and what happens if that contact is absent. Share updated entry instructions with the provider before a new gate arrangement starts. Ask how a missed-access problem or extra attention should be reported and agreed.
- Working entrance rather than postal entrance
- Visit contact and alternate contact
- Procedure for changed access
